Hiking

Over 10 years ago I did my first big trek in Tasmania. The Overland Track is a beautiful 5 day hike throughout the Cradle Mountain National Park in central Tasmania. I got hooked! The call of the wild never stopped. 10 years later I am still searching for treks and trails to hike. With Capturing The Wild I don’t want to make another database with all the trails you can do around the world. What I will try to do is give you as much information as possible so you can do the hikes I have done by yourself. Ofcourse I will highlight a few gorgeous places to explore in my own country, Belgium. This website is as always work in progress. Hikes will be added from time to time. So just check back and see what’s new. Or even better subscribe to my newsletter and get updates by email.
